For most of my life I hated reading. For several years after leaving school I didn’t read a book at all. It’s only been in recent years that I’ve found books I loved. Each book profiles different high producing individuals and teams and what has led to their success. Everyone featured in the book is a commercial real estate broker but the principles taught in the book apply to anyone who is involved with sales, marketing, and relationship management regardless of their industry.
The people and teams featured in the book are all top producers who have made sold hundreds of millions or billions of dollars worth of property and are all top producers in their respective markets.

The second is Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate
In the books you will learn about the traits that each of these people have, what makes them successful and strategies they use to stay organized. Anyone who wants to learn how to build relationships and win clients needs to read these books.
You will learn things like who to select team members, how to divide responsibilities and develop roles within the team and how to keep each other motivated. Each one of the teams has found ways to maximize their time and results to be effective.
